• Shared context: A single, accurate record means every specialist on your Pursuit team is fully up to speed—so you never have to repeat yourself.

How It Works

• One‑time consent: You agree to recording once when signing up; we won’t prompt you each session.
• Secure storage: Recordings and transcripts live in encrypted ClickUp workspaces, accessible only to your vetted Pursuit team (coaches, recruiters, and operations staff).
• Off‑record moments: If a sensitive topic emerges, you may request that your coach removes our notetaker. In this case, the coach may remove the notetaker at their discretion.

You’re in Control

• Request deletion: Just ask, and we’ll permanently delete your sensitive data.
• Your access: You always have full access to your Docs. Missing something? Let us know, and we’ll share it promptly.

Our Safeguards

• ClickUp – SOC 2–compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest.
• 1Password – End‑to‑end encryption for credentials and sensitive data.
• Zero outside sharing – We never disclose your information beyond Pursuit without your written consent, unless required by law.
